FAQ & Policies


  • Ready To Ship (RTS) - Ships in approximately 3-4 business days, unless personalization is requested, then shipped in approximately 5-6 business days.
  • Made To Order (MTO) - 5-6 weeks (35-42 business days)
  • Custom Tumblers/Items: 6-8 weeks (42-56 business days)

This time does not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend, please know turnaround time starts on the next closest business day. This turnaround time does not include shipping time.

Shipping policy:

  • There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 

  • If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address. If we catch an order with an incomplete address we will send you an email and place your order on hold for 2 business days. If we do not receive a response back from you your order will be canceled and refunded.

  • If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the USPS website. You will be responsible for the fees charged.

  • If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received. refund will only include product price, I will not refund shipping.

  • Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.

If a package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it:

  • Wait a few days, Sometimes they mark packages delivered when they are very busy and they show up in a few days. 
  • Email USPS if it's been 3-4 days with no delivery
  • If USPS contacts you to let you know it's lost, ask them to send you an email with that information.
  • Once you have an email from USPS stating it's lost, forward that to cryscreations08@gmail.com and we will attempt to resolve.


DISCLAIMER: Photos are taken in a light box and edited to show the best possible image that the color looks like in person. Due to the multiple variations of screens, monitors, and lighting sources, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen accurately portrays the true color of the product.​

It is the customer's responsibility to use the product correctly once in their hands. We cannot guarantee 100% cross contamination free glitter, although we work very hard to prevent this.

Refunds and exchanges will NOT be processed because of misuse by the buyer.​

There will be NO add-ons to orders, no combining orders, and no substitutions after your order has been placed. Please make sure you have added everything you need to the cart before you check out.​

Once an order has been delivered you have 14 days to contact us if something is wrong or missing in your order for us to be able to fix it.


By Purchasing a product, you agree to the following:

  • Once the order has been placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes or cancellations to your item. After 24 Hours I do not accept any changes or cancellations due to the customization of every item I create.
  • Please be as specific as possible when giving us information about decals, glitter colors, or anything else you want on your tumbler. We cannot make any changes once you receive your tumbler if you are unhappy with the choices you have picked or if you lacked to specify something.
  • Once your item has been delivered, you have 24 hours to contact me if there is any problem with your item caused by an error ON MY PART. Buyer is responsible for shipping to me if this is the case, I will then fix item at no charge to you however shipping will be the BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY.
  • Any non-glittered items are not guaranteed to be glitter-free due to glitter being an almost impossible thing to get rid of.
  • All items are handmade and are subject to minimal imperfections. I strive to create high quality products, however keep in mind these are handmade with love.
